SITUATION The land is situated to the north of the village of East Cowick and to the north of the Goole to Snaith railway line.
The land can be approached via Ings Lane (track) off Lidgate at East Cowick from the A1041 and by passing over the railway line at Ings Lane crossing, or from Fish Balk Lane (track) at West Cowick from the A1041 and passing over the railway line at Fish Balk Lane crossing.
