SITUATION The land is approached by proceeding north out of Howden along the B1228 and proceed over the railway crossing and then turn left towards Brind. Lot 1 is south of Brind Lane and Lot 2 is north of Brind Lane.

HOLDOVER The owner reserves the right to holdover the buildings on Lot 1 until the 31st December, 2018.

The owner also reserves the right to holdover approximately 1 Hectare of stubble in 3675 for one month post completion for the purpose of holding a Farm Machinery Dispersal Auction.

EXCHANGE OF CONTRACTS Exchange of contracts shall be within 28 days of acceptance of a Tender with completion and vacant possession being given on or around the 30th September, 2018 or earlier by arrangement.

VIEWING The property may be viewed strictly by appointment through the Agents.

METHOD OF SALE The land is being offered For Sale by Informal Tender in two Lots or as a whole.
Tenders together with a deposit cheque equivalent to 10% of the tender price should be submitted on the attached Tender Form which should be received at the office of Townend Clegg & Co, 17 Market Place, Howden, Goole, East Yorkshire, DN14 7BL in a an envelope clearly marked "Brind Land Tender" no later than 12 noon on Tuesday 21st August, 2018.
